*The time of these rounds depends on the number of matches in round 1. Please note that all times are tentative and subject to change. We will attempt to keep the tournament moving with as few breaks as possible. If we can start a round early, we will do so in order to keep the action moving.

WEIGH INS:

***PLEASE E-MAIL A TENTATIVE WEIGH-IN SHEET TO ME NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY AT 9:00 AM. ON THIS SHEET INCLUDE ANY STATE PLACERS OR AREA PLACERS AND THEIR WEIGHT CLASS.****

All wrestlers will weigh in at their school on Friday morning. New weigh in procedures should be followed between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. (Depending on when your school starts) SCRATCH WEIGHT. Weigh out Friday p.m. at conclusion of 3rd Round Match + 1 lbs

• It is imperative that the official weigh in sheet is sent to me by 9:00am on Friday to start on time. We can’t do any FINAL pairings or paper work until all entries are in for each weight class. So, please, be on time with this. Please email me at (burtond@fultonschools.org). When you Fax (770-521-7653), please be sure to write legibly, and spell your wrestlers’ first and last names correctly. /strong>

 

SPECIAL NOTE – ROUND ROBIN
I will be using what you send me Friday morning for the Round Robin – If you do not bring a wrester that is sent in for weigh-ins, we WILL NOT REDO the Round Robin portion – IT WILL BE A FORFEIT –I am sorry this would be impossible! The Tournament staff will reformat the tournament depending on the addition or subtraction of teams.

 

SEEDING
SEEDING WILL BE DONE ON THE BASIS OF FRIDAY NIGHT’S MATCHES, HOWEVER, STATE PLACERS AND AREA PLACERS WILL ALSO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

 

 

LENGTH OF MATCHES
Friday Matches will be 1-2-2.  All Saturday Championship Bracket matches 2-2-2.

 

 

AWARDS
Medals for 1st – 4th place finishers. Trophies for top 3 teams.
